District officials join offices in Hunza – Nagar

HUNZA, November 10: The Deputy Commissioner and the SP of Hunza – Nagar district, Zafar Waqat Taj and Mansoor Khan, respectively, joined offices today in Karimabad Hunza. The two officials will temporarily sit in the government rest house in Karimabad.

Talking to delegations of All Hunza Union Councillors and other notables they said that with passage of time all relevant departments will establish their offices in Hunza-Nagar.  Responding to a question about the locations of the district secretariat, Mr Taj said that it is too early to talk about this and the high-ups will decide it in consultations with the representatives of Hunza and Nagar valleys.

Regarding pre – poll rigging allegations of Haider Abbas Rizvi, deputy parliamentary leader of MQM,  Zafar said that the administration will play a very neutral role and will immediately take actions on specific complaints.  The representative of All Hunza Action Committee congratulated the Assistant Commissioner of Hunza, Zameer Abbas for banning wall chalking in Hunza during the elections.

    PPP has already started raging in polling through distribution of Benazir Income support programe cards, their activities starts during night hours, they distribute income support programe cards in gojal during night hours among ladies,
    this shamefull and unethical actitivity of one of the so called democratic party can not cheat the educated youth of Gilgit Baltistan
