[Breaking News] Wazir Baig to take oath as speaker of GBLA

Islamabad, December 10: According to highly reliable sources the elected representative of Hunza valley, Wazir Baig, is all set to take oath as first speaker of the Gilgit – Baltistan Legislative Assembly. He will take the oath of office at 12:00 in the noon.

“Wazir Baig is PPP’s candidate for the position of Speaker and since PPP enjoys clear majority in the house of 23 members, his election for the position is confirmed”, the source informed Pamir Times. Dr Ali Madad Sher is also a candidate for the same post, Pt has learnt.

Jafar, Sadia Danish and Jamil Ahmed are candidates for deputy speaker.

    IT IS great honour to wish congratulation Mr Wazir Baig on his appointment as speaker of GBLC, he posses all the requisite requiremenS t for the positon.He has strong quality of leadership due to the fact he led the community at HUNZA LEVEL with all sincerity and strong commitment now it is achance to replicate those to the people of GILGIT &BALTISTAN.
