Meteorological Department to be established in GB

Gilgit, January 31: The Gilgit – Baltistan Meteorological department would start functioning in the region soon. This was decided during a meeting of speaker GBLA, Wazir Baig, and DG Qamar Zaman Chudhary of the Pakistan Meteorological department.

The department would observe weather patterns and climatic changes. It would also study land movement patterns.
