  1. Dua for STRENGTH

This will have a long term effect on the development of the area and GB. The trader community, their relevant organizations/forums couldn’t even raised voice on the damage of KKH and China Bridge. It seems everyone is now hopeless and helpless due to the failure of govt to save the bridge. The voices and concerns couln’t event reached to the parliment.

Our prayers are with the affected people of upper Hunza.

May God further protect us all

  2. It is really unfortunate. Our hearts also sink with this I done know what the Hell our Government is doing

  3. good bye, Great Bridge you too became like Titanic.
may your pillars be strong and your roots be safe enough to catch human feet once again.

  4. Now this is time to have patience as all the claims of the responsible authorities have resulted in nothing and the alarming situation which was feared is now in place. All we need to have at this moment is patience. We have not lost everything and neither we are going to loose everything. We know how to build on the rabbles of the disaster. We know how to continue our voyage in face of the cruel waves. We know how to shape our destiny with help of our hope, aspiration, commitment and determination. We have to face these challenges as there is no other way and time will tell that what follows this disaster will be a world of opportunities. So keep your spirits high.

  7. My dear people of Gojal and especially Shimshal,
since January 4, on a daily basis, I have been following the
ongoing disaster after the rockfall, with the lake rising every
hour and endangering everything and everybody. And now even the vital link, the bridge of Shishkat, will be lost forever. It is an
unbelievable shame that the Government of Pakistan has neg-
lected the urgent needs of the people of Gojal up to now. I can
only pray to God that, finally, there will be a tolerable solution…

    God bless you all

    Christiane
