New cabinet of Chitral Development Network sworn in

CHITRAL: New cabinet of Chitral Development Network (CDN) was elected, bringing together different civil society organizations working in different parts of the district. The CDN would function as an umbrella NGO.

Ziaur Rehman, Human Resource Development Officer, was chief guest on the occasion. Among those who took oath of office were, Engineer Temor Shah, CDN Coordinator, Rafiullah General Secretary, Abdul Nasir Press Secretary and Haji Muhammad, Finance Secretary.

Addressing on the occasion the speakers stressed upon newly elected cabinet to work with sincerity and a spirit of benefiting the masses.

Those who spoke on the occasion were Zia Shah, Sher Rahim president All Employees Coordination Council Chitral, Muhammad Hakeem Advocate General Secretary PPP, retired Subadar Major Qalandar Shah, Khateeb Shahi Masjid Maulana Khaleequz Zaman and Ziar ur Rehman HRD Officer. Representatives of different NGOs attended the oath taking ceremony.
