In AJK , Pakistan there are Supreme courts and having regular Judges selected on merit by a judicial commission. In case of GB they are directly appointed by Prime minister on the advice of Governor for a tenure of three years.(on Contract). So how ca a contract and politically affiliated judge could give justice. Impossible. Current Chief Judge of GB Applet court is disputed ,retired, PCO and contract Judge. Now imagine how people of GB are been treated since long. Now it should stop. The petitioner Dr Abbas has done a great job by challenging all theses misdeeds.
