8 million rupees released after 7 months delay for payment of staff salaries!

Gilgit, January 26:  After a delay of seven month, the Kashmir and Gilgit – Baltistan Division (KANA) has released 8 million rupees for payment of salaries to staff members of the Mother and Child Health Care project, run by the federal government.

According to details up to 129 mid-wives and 60 other staff members of the project had been waiting for the past seven months for payment of salaries. The K&GB Division released the fund after getting green signal from the Planning Commission of Pakistan, sourced said.
