When you protest, you are scattered with the hegemony of the law and order kings. Neither you can protest nor you can request the failed government which is helpless in terms of power generation across the country. All we can do is to wait for a miracle which we are going to expect it from the sky to be fell down. Otherwise we need to be hopeless in terms of power in Central Hunza.
