Ispru youth forum Chitral (IYFC) has a well-established set up with a good team of young boys and girls studying in different universities of Pakistan including a University in USA and Institute of Ismaili Studies London. The organization is headed by president who has specialization in Human Resource. Secretary General of the forum comes next to the president who has BS from LUMS. The lower hierarchy is divided in to different coordinating groups i.e. Events Coordinator (MA English literature, Provincial Management Services qualified) Finance Coordinator ( graduate of IM sciences), Logistic coordinator, Information and communication coordinator, Academic and Research coordinator ( IIS London), Outreach coordinator National ( freshman at LUMS ), Outreach coordinator international ( School of oriental and African studies London ) and different area and school representatives. The forum also gives equal opportunity to young volunteers who can contribute in organizing different events. It is also worth noting that two of its members have recently returned from USA after completing their studies under two different scholarships.
IYFC is still at its formative stage and therefore will appreciate support from organizations like not only AKYSB but also other public and private sector institutions functioning in the country.

It seems that there is will among the youth to organize such creative programms. However, there is always room for improvement, to what extent it has been coordinated given the missing name of AKYSB in that particular region?
