Many factors are involved in students poor out comes.
Some are as follows:
1. No close coordination amongst main stake holders that is teachers, students and parents.
2. No poper mechanism is in place to ensure the accountability of faculty regarding students out come.
3. Week students financially and academically get admissions in Govt. instituions.
4. Students suffer superiority complex as they are assuming collegiate their self and give up hard working in studies.
5. Teen age is also a major factor if on this stage proper counceling and guidance is not provided probability may be to mistrack and ultimately they loose their balance and austray from right path.
6. KIU should ensure that only assessment is not their duty, the assurance of effective teaching is also mandatory. The KIU experts should observe the classes to ensure effective teaching that meets the required standard of KIU.
6.Regarding the papers setters and checkers should be ensured that proper standard is maintained. I have noticed that in a paper head checkers was advicing if a student ha smade one mistake he would be given zero while he or she deserves 3or 4 in that question.
7. No proper mechanism of recognizing and registration is in placed . Institutions are run in small hired buildings and that is affiliated or recognized at degree college level. This needs to be stopped to duplicate the resources.
Research has showed that to cross the journey and stages of students perfomance from poor to fair, fair to good, good to great and great to excellent many interventions has to done by all stake holders. There are 20 best educational systems are exist atthe world level where 13 educational systems are sustain improvers like poland, singapor and 7 systems are promising start level like brazil, south afriqa etc.
For sustaining improvement the policy makers need to shift the paradigm of teaching , learning and management processes.
