		<description><![CDATA[It is good initiative to protect  the rights of employees and working for their welfare. Synergizing the common efforts can make  any organization more effective and efficient. The question arises here is  to what extent these offices and officers would provide services to public. Whether they would follow the code of conduct as follows;
1. If the office timing is 8.30 and closing timing  is 4.30. Can it be ensured that all employees are present in the offices and leaving the office at exact time. If any body remains absent or late , does he or she inform to his/her supervisor. Whether supervisor himself or herself honours the code of conduct.
2. Are all visitors  treated equally or entertain regardless of cast, colour and ethenic in the offices? The welfare of public also needs to be kept in consideration.
3. Whether corruption, unaccountability and dishonesty is abhored and discouraged at office level and good performers are encouraged.
4. To what extent transparency and fairness would be ensured in appointments or external influence would be accepted.
5. To what extent promotion criteria set by Govt is followed or not. If any individual breeches how he should be dealt professionally without making it communal issue.

We expect with newly formed association that they would do consider above points in their daily office routines.My humble request will be That,  It is need of hour to set a standard code of conduct for all employees to make GB more prosperous and attractive area.]]></description>
