		<description><![CDATA[Thanks dear for your comments, It is very irony to note that the law minister GB himself interested to these positions, it is obvious that the present government would induct him on priority.  That is why GB is set back.  You know when judiciary is strong then every thing would be in order but because of these nepotism no talented or efficient person is allowed to sit in the apex court, that is seem to be vested interest of the agencies.  That is why GB is being run under the governor&#039;s rule and we have been deprived of our fundamental right which is guaranteed under the constitution of Islamic &#124;Republic of Pakistn under article 8 to 28, in one hand we are pakistanies but at the same time we are unable to file constitution petition under article 199 of the constitution just because of constitutional hurdles because Gilgit Baltistan is not part of Pakistan under article 1 of the constitution wherein territories of Pakistan have been defined but it is very irony to note that there is no sign of GB in the said article 1, is this not a joke with the innocent and God fearing people of GB?]]></description>

But these tactics use on regular basis in Gilgit. just take a look back when Ex.MNA NA 03 become judge like Muzafar, after him Syed Jaffar Shah MNA of PP become Judge in same courts.But i salute your efforts.]]></description>
