OEC arranges Educational Expos at two schools in Ghizer district

Ghizer (PR): The Organizational for Educational Change in a bid to generate educational awareness among the youth of Gilgit Baltistan, managed a two day tour of District Ghizer and arranged Educational Expo at Elysian Higher Secondary School (Gahkuch) and DJ School (Gupis).The tour was lead by Javed Iqbal(Director OEC Expo) and Kashif Ayaz(Event Manager).

On August 17, 2014 Team OEC began its journey from Gilgit and went to Elysian School Gahkuch. The session started at 2pm to an attendance of 85 students; beginning with the recitation of Holy Quran, The Expo proceeded formally by giving general presentations on various fields of study in Career Info Hour. The session also included CBMs where students were involved in activities and session was finally concluded by giving time to students to make the session more fruitful and effective through interactive session.

On the next day team proceeded further to D-J school Gupis for conducting Expo. The Session started at 12:30 am. The session was attended by 180 students from various schools and colleges of Gupis. Team OEC conducted a three hour session which includes Self Discovery, Career Info Hour, CBMs and Individual Counseling.

More Sessions of Educational Expo are scheduled in near future at various places in GB.
