Who will carry the cargo? Chinese officials deport 8 Pakistani vehicles

Gilgit, October 23: Yesterday, the Chinese Immigration officials deported 8 passenger and baggage buses coming from Pakistan, accusing them of violating the laws by bringing in goods in passenger vehicles.

The Chinese officials have said that they had signed an agreement with NATCO for transportation of the baggage, barring private transporters from carrying goods into China.

The transporters have said that they didn’t know about the agreement or the presence of a notice in this regard. Therefore,  response, the Baggage Association has called for a protest against NATCO tomorrow.
