Gilgit: The Gilgit Police along with Rangers raided a house in the Baseen area of Gilgit city today, arresting four suspected terrorists and recovering hand grenade and other arms and ammunition.
According to details, the raid was conducted today based on intelligence reports. The suspected terrorists were reportedly planning to attack the Chehlum processions. The arrested suspects were identified as Syed Nadeem, Fida ur Rehman, Jamaluddin and Sagheer. Three of the detained suspects belong to Baseen (Gilgit), while is one is reportedly from the Tangir Valley of Diamer District.
