First batch of trainees graduate from the Traditional Music School in Gilgit.

The school was established in Gilgit Arts and Culture Council by Hashoo Foundation under Centre for Culture and Development (CKU) project. The purpose of the project is to revive the indigenous culture to empower traditional musicians, local artisans, singers, poets, culinary arts and create social harmony.
