They have blamed the authorities for silently filling the posts through ad-hoc recruitments during the time when the Gojal Tehsil is hard-hit due to disaster. They have further demanded to compensate the IDPs of Attabad and Gojal Tehsil in employment as the government-given compensation is just a peanut.<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Accessibility and availability of facilities should be considered as the main criteria for the selection of district\u00a0head-quarter, they have demanded. If the secretariat were established on political and regional grounds then it will be of no use for the far-flung and strategically located Misgar, Chipurson, Shimshal and Avgarch valleys, they said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">It is here to mention that about 611 posts have been proposed for a fully functional district.
