According to reports the Watan Cards, an income support program, is being used as a bribe to make new members.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pamirtimes.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/ppp-flag.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-17429\" title=\"ppp flag\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pamirtimes.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/ppp-flag.jpg?resize=300%2C200\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a>PPP workers, reportedly, collect Computerized National Identity Cards of the impoverished people, specially women and elderly citizens, and fill membership forms without consent of the people.
