The accident took place yesterday night near the site of glacial lake outburst floods \u2013 that had badly damaged the only highway linking Pakistan and China.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align:justify;\">Four people were inside the truck when it faced the accident.
