So far, the two police officials who killed these two peaceful protesters are free. The government has, however, arrested hundreds of ordinary citizens, including political activists, on charges of &quot;treason&quot; and &quot;terrorism&quot;. It is pertinent to note that that massive unrest had spread through the peaceful Hunza region after the murder of the IDPs and several buildings of the government were put alight by angry protesters. The Supreme Appellate Court of GB had commissioned a judicial inquiry of the situation. The inquiry report has not been made public yet, despite of the passage of 5 months.
