Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>M.Sc., M.A. or higher in relevant technical field, business, management or economics<\/li>\n<li>In-depth technical familiarity with one of\u00a0 Potato Seed Value Chain at production, post-harvest and marketing levels<\/li>\n<li>Experience interfacing with private sector at various levels in the value chain<\/li>\n<li>Strong management skills as demonstrated by successful team leader or director experience \u2013 three year minimum<\/li>\n<li>Management experience of a multi-specialist staff \u2013 three year minimum<\/li>\n<li>Experience in implementation of USAID projects, including work plan design and implementation, budgeting, management for results and familiarity with M&amp;E requirements and reporting \u2013 three year minimum<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated capacity as a creative, flexible and dynamic achiever<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing farmer-level organizations<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of oral and written English;
