Gilgit:<\/strong> PPP Gilgit-Baltistan leaders today visited Oshikandas and Jalalabad villages of Gilgit and distributed 2.5 lac rupee among families who have lost their houses due to floods and landslide caused\u00a0by torrential rains.<\/p>\n

Amjad Hussain Advocate, President of PPP GB, Jamil Ahmad, Vice President, Sadia Danish President Women Wing PPP and Aftab Haider were among the leaders and workers who visited Oshikandas \u00a0and Jalalabad.<\/p>\n

The PPP leaders lambasted the government, accusing it of failing to reach to the affected people. They said that PPP will distribute cash among the affected people in all districts.<\/p>\n

It is pertinent to note that so far the regional government has not distributed money among the flood affected people.<\/p>\n

Chief Minister Hafeezur Rehman had announced that the dead and injured’s families will be compensated, but so far the money has not been released.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
