Diamer<\/strong>: Deputy\u00a0\u00a0Commissioner and SSP of Diamer, in a meeting with DC Mansera, have agreed on a\u00a0Modus Operandi for traveling across the Babusar Pass. The district officials have agreed that the\u00a0cutoff timing for Gilgit bound traffic will be 6 pm from Barowai (26 KM upstream of Naran). And for Islamabad bound traffic the cutoff time will be 5 pm at\u00a0Zero Point (KKH), near Chilas.\u00a0Foreigners will be allowed to travel on this route but they will adhere to the timings.<\/p>\n

In case of emergency, for ambulances and transportation of\u00a0dead bodies, the timings will be relaxed and special security arrangements will be made.\u00a0A\u00a0VHFset will be established between police departments of the two neighboring districts will be established to improve communication.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
