A statement on Saturday said that by expanding ICT access and training resources to those rural areas, those centres would offer local residents new social and economic opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>It said that joined at the signing ceremony were Al-Nashir Jamal, CEO of the Aga Khan Foundation in Pakistan, Kamal Ahmed, Country General Manager of Microsoft Pakistan. The statement said the pilot project would help build a knowledge economy for Pakistan.
