{"id":73137,"date":"2019-01-01T00:54:13","date_gmt":"2018-12-31T19:54:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pamirtimes.net\/?p=73137"},"modified":"2019-01-01T00:54:13","modified_gmt":"2018-12-31T19:54:13","slug":"two-excise-officers-get-five-year-jail-in-illegal-appointment-case","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pamirtimes.net\/en\/2019\/01\/01\/two-excise-officers-get-five-year-jail-in-illegal-appointment-case\/","title":{"rendered":"Two Excise Officers get five-year jail in illegal appointment case"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>GILGIT<\/strong>: The Accountability Court, Gilgit on Monday, convicted two officers of Excise and Taxation Department, Gilgit-Baltistan included Mohammad Ali Yougvi, Ex- Secretary Excise and Taxation Department and Gojar Khan, Ex-Section Officer ETO on charges of misuse of authority.<\/p>\n<p>The court has awarded them with a rigorous imprisonment of 5 years and a fine of Rs. 3.1 Million and Rs one million respectively.
