GILGIT:<\/strong> Javed Ali Manwa, Gilgit-Baltistan\u2019s Finance Minister, presented a deficit budget for the regional government, with an outlay of 116 billion rupees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Almost 74bn rupees are allocated for non-development expenses and 28 bn rupees for developmental expenditures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A whooping 13 billion rupees will be spent on providing cheaper wheat to the residents of GB, 10 bn paid by the federal exchequer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The proposed budget has a deficiet of 18 bn rupees.
