The protesters have agreed to open the Karakuram Highway after four days of blockade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The blockade had led to shortage of edible items and petroleum products in the Gilgit &#8211; Baltistan region.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The KKH blockade had started on Sunday in reaction to the murder of Abdul Wakil, belonging to the <em>Sonewal <\/em>Tribe (Gold gatherers), in Gilgit.
