Main \u00a0Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To develop\u00a0 bylaws for the Project Support Committee and to give orientation the PSCs.<\/li>\n<li>To develop bylaws for Youth Coordination Forum\/ Youth Clubs and to orientate them.<\/li>\n<li>To facilitate the VO, DPM and training coordinator in Identification\/Selection of UCs, Villages, Community Animals Health Workers. (CAHWs), Public Health Workers (PHWs), Butchers, Livestock Traders and Poultry Farmers \u00a0and School Health Club Teachers Master Trainer for project activities.<\/li>\n<li>To facilitate the baseline \/KAP Studies in selected communities about Zoonotic diseases.<\/li>\n<li>To arrange monthly meetings for PSC and YCF\/YC to plan relevant activities for implementation\u00a0 leading to community empowerment and social change;<\/li>\n<li>To build the capacity of CAHWs and PHWs regarding social mobilization and extension services to ensure sustainable community organization and regular delivery of extension messages.<\/li>\n<li>To provide support to VO and DPM in identification\/selection of schools as well as formation of school health club and to ensure follow up from Master trainers regarding monthly meetings of SHC.<\/li>\n<li>To arrange walks, sport events and speeches competition to aware community about zoonotic diseases.<\/li>\n<li>To assist Community Animal Health Workers (CAHWs) and community members to identify needs for their solutions.<\/li>\n<li>To assist and support the CAHWs &amp; community members in developing in record keeping of their schedule activities.<\/li>\n<li>To assist in distribution of vaccination card for vaccination campaign.<\/li>\n<li>To develop articles about the impacts of mobilization, organization and extension services in Urdu.<\/li>\n<li>To Facilitate the VO and training coordinators about TORs for CAHWs, PHWs, master trainers and LHWs<\/li>\n<li>To submit the daily, weekly and monthly report regarding field activities to DPMs.<\/li>\n<li>To develop success stories on community mobilization impact\u00a0 and\u00a0 extension messages impacts(butchers, livestock traders, poultry farmers and civil society) and linkages development amongst CAHWS,PHW,LHW,YCF and ZCC.<\/li>\n<li>To perform any relevant task assigned by his\/her DPM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Qualification &amp; Experience required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The candidate must have at least Bachelor Degree from any reputed University with 03 years of proven work experience in community mobilization or similar job.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to work in difficult and remote regions.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate must be having the good oral and written communication skills in English\/local language.
