Syed Hadi has been accused of taking tens of millions of rupees in bribe for distributing jobs of teachers and administrative staff in the Education Department of Gilgit-Baltistan.<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_39925\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-39925\" style=\"width: 202px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pamirtimes.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/syed-hadi-hussain.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-39925\" alt=\"Syed Hadi Hussain \" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pamirtimes.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/syed-hadi-hussain.jpg?resize=202%2C274\" width=\"202\" height=\"274\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-39925\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Syed Hadi Hussain<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Earlier this year, Director Raja Nasir and Deputy Director Mirbaz were forcibly retired from services after their involvement in corruption was proven as a result of an investigation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">More recently, another secretary named Muhammad Ali Yougvi was also suspended from service for his alleged involvement in corruption and irregularities in the Excise and Taxation department of Gilgit-Baltistan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Chief Secretary, Younis Dhaga, has now ordered an inquiry against Syed Hadi, a powerful bureaucrat who is also believed to be a relative of the Chief Minister, Syed Mehdi Shah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meanwhile, Syed Hadi Hussain has been suspended from service and an inquiry has been ordered against him.
