{"id":5797,"date":"2009-05-18T15:26:00","date_gmt":"2009-05-18T10:26:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pamirtimes.net\/?p=5797"},"modified":"2009-05-18T15:26:00","modified_gmt":"2009-05-18T10:26:00","slug":"tragedy-at-kargah-eleven-members-of-a-family-die-in-a-tragic-car-accident","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pamirtimes.net\/tg\/2009\/05\/18\/tragedy-at-kargah-eleven-members-of-a-family-die-in-a-tragic-car-accident\/","title":{"rendered":"[Tragedy at Kargah] Eleven members of a family die in a tragic car accident"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>Gilgit<\/strong> &#8211; Eleven members of a family, including seven children and two women, were killed in\u00a0a highly tragic car accident in the Kargah Nallah, near Gilgit city.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">According to reports retired head constable Karim Khan, a resident of Naikoti ward of the city,\u00a0 took his family for a picnic in the Kargah Nallah along with some of his relatives and their children.\u00a0On Sunday evening, at around six O clock, the car while taking a\u00a0sharp turn in the hilly area lost balance and\u00a0fell into the Kargah stream.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Two children fell out of the car, sustaining minor injuries.\u00a0Four dead bodies have been recovered so far while search for the bodies of seven passengers including\u00a0five children is going on.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">It is pertinent to note that Kargah Nallah is a picnic resort for the local people and a very high number of people travel in that area during summers.
