The assaulted girl is believed to be around 12 years of age. Her parents approached the police and got a case registered against a guy named Abdul Khaliq, who has since gone in hiding.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The incident took place is a small village of the Thor Valley in district Diamer.\u00a0Police, on the other hand, have registered case number 5\/10, under section pp 376, and arrested the brother and father of the accused, launching a manhunt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The DIG of Police has told the media that medical checkup has established that the 12 year old was sexually abused.
