Gilgit:<\/strong> Acting on a tip-off, law enforcement agencies on Saturday raided the house of a \u2018scrape seller\u2019 in Skardu city, recovering a huge cache of explosives, shells of mortar and shells of rocket launchers.<\/p>\n The raid was conducted on Saturday night in the Bhutto Bazar area of Skardu, where an explosion at a scrape shop had created panic last week, spreading fear among the residents.<\/p>\n Regional Urdu daily, K2, has reported that the explosives and other items were recovered from the house of Nasir Khan, a resident of Mohmand Agency (FATA), who was operating a scrape shop in the area.<\/p>\n Police has arrested the scrape seller and shifted him to an undisclosed location for interrogation.<\/p>\n Cases have also been registered against other five suspects.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Monitoring Desk Gilgit: Acting on a tip-off, law enforcement agencies on Saturday raided the house of a \u2018scrape seller\u2019 in Skardu city, recovering a huge cache of explosives, shells of mortar and shells of rocket launchers.
