However, only those who have been declared defaulters would be affected under the law.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Former chief executive of NALA, Ghazanfar Ali Khan, is also believed to be one of the biggest borrowers of loans in the region. According to some reports he borrowed eight hundred million rupees during construction of the Darbar Hotel, in Kariabad, Hunza. He has, however, not been declared defaulter by any bank, so far.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">The National Bank of Pakistan had ordered inquiry against Ghazanfar Ali Khan and his son, Salim Khan, for alleged corruption in Sost Dry Port\u2019s accounts.
