Islamabad: First day of the cultural even featuring artists from Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral. The event has jointly been organized by the Initiative for Promotion of Pamiri Arts and Culture and Capital Development Authority (CDA), as part of the International Mother Language Day celebrations.
