Girls Guides showered flowers on Scouts in Aliabad, Hunza

Hunza, June 01: The adventue walk participants received a remarkable reception in Aliabad, Hunza from the Scouts, Girls Guides, Gents and Ladies Volunteer Corps and local community at Sina Khun, Aliabad Jamat Khana. The President Ismaili Local Council Aliabad/Hyderabad, Senior captains Gents and Ladies Volunteer Corps, members Ismaili Local Councils and ITREB, Scouts leaders from all over the jurisdiction and other community notables were present at the reception on KKH.

Hundreds of scouts and guides were standing at both side of the road from main KKH to Sina Khun Jamat Khana. The traditional band was playing tunes to welcome guests and express gratitute and happiness. The leaders of Ladies Ismaili Voluteer Corps presented flower garland to the walk participants. The Girls Guides have showered flower petals on Scouts while singing welcome songs.

later on, Scouts were offered lunch from community side. Speakers applauded the event organisers and Scouts for providing positive activities during the Golden Jubilee years of Moulana Hazir Imam.

After the event, scouts participated in the cleanliness compaign. The office bearers of Aliabad bazar Association also presented flower garlands to the scouts team leaders.
