Sino- Pak Friendship – A poem

Sino-Hunza frienship is Sino-Pak frienship

Long lived the friendship! Long live the friendship!

As old as the peoples who dwell in the region

Always together are the peoples, ever joined by the region

Peoples in the region are the source of your friendship

Sino-Hunza frienship is Sino-Pak frienship

Long lived the friendship! Long live the friendship!

Khunzhrav and Chipursan, Misgar and the Pamirs

Ambassadorial regions are, regions in the Kuhimir[*]

Border regions here are regions of the friendship

Sino-Hunza frienship is Sino-Pak frienship

Long lived the friendship! Long live the friendship!

Peoples on the frontiers are the true ambassadors

Be they on the Sino-Pak or the other frontiers

Peoples having kinship, make their states’ relationship

Sino-Hunza frienship is Sino-Pak frienship

Long lived the friendship! Long live the friendship!

The Karakurum Highway, a precedent in the world

Passing through the skyway, the eighth wonder of the world

Builders of the highway are builders of the friendship

Sino-Hunza frienship is Sino-Pak frienship

Long lived the friendship! Long live the friendship!

Never forgotten is the blood which colored this adventure

Salute to all the martyrs who martyred in this venture

Changed lives in the region, strenghthened your friendship

Sino -Hunza frienship is Sino-Pak frienship

Long lived the friendship! Long live the friendship!

The neo-Silk-highway, expansion coming underway

Leading to a motorway, the dream is not so far away

Laboring on the highway is laboring for the friendship

Sino-Hunza frienship is Sino-Pak frienship

Long lived the friendship! Long live the friendship!

Like the giant mountains, strong is your friendship

Musofir wishes you all the best in your relationship

Sincerity in relations key to your friendship

Sino-Hunza frienship is Sino-Pak frienship

Long lived the friendship! Long live the friendship!
