Prominent social activist Abdul wahab from Sost passes away

A prominent social worker from Sost, Hawaldar (Rtd.) Abdul Wahab Rumi passed away on December 22 due to heart attack on the age of 55 years.
He served the community as director SRDPT, President Sost Hussainabad Village Organization, President Sost Social Welfare Organization, Convener Aga Khan Economic Planning Board and Captain Ismali volunteer Corps Sost.
He was also known as a good sportsman and represented Sost in volley ball and cricket for many years.
He has left behind seven daughters two sons and a widow.

very Sad news 4 the rumi families.Late Abdul Wahab rumi who revolutionized people’s thinking with the help of refined literature and gave new directions,so i am deeply saddened by his suddenly death. i would request to all the pamir news reader praying for his soul….may rest in peace.
