Fares to be reduced by 5% across Gilgit-Baltistan

Gilgit: The Regional Transport Board has decided to decrease fares across the Gilgit-Baltistan region by at least 5 percent. The decision was taken at a meeting held recently in Gilgit. The decision will be notified on Monday, said a press release.

The fares are being reduced in view of the quantum decrease in the prices of petroleum products across the country, due to changes in global oil market.
