Our great religion Islam teaches us about brotherhood and integration.Our beloved country pakistan is like a human body where the all provinces are its main organs. If any organ becomes dysfunctional the whole body paralysis. That is why it is duty of all of us to work together to keep this body strong and healthy. As in Nagar I used to tell Muhammad Ali Akhter, late sheikh Ghulam haider, Yawer abbass and Muhammad Hussain that the role of leader is like a rain it benefits even the barren land as well. It does not give benefit to fertile land only, this is also example of our great reformers of society who raise their voice for integration of humanity like Jamshid khan dukhi, Abdul Khaliq Taj, Inayetullah Shumali and Ghulam abbas Nasim and Abdul ghaffar chilasi etc.

I appreciates the efforts of Inayetullah shumali and Muhammad Ali akhter who encouraged the newly born welfare association. This is good step for unity and integration. We should not heed towards great game or external conspiracies we need to organize ourself against each and every conspiracy.

Through CRS more than 100 kohistani leaders including senators,religious leaders, DEOs, VEC/LSO chairmen, Head teachers, and VEC members were provided exposure and showed them Educational developmental models in GB. We had also committed to train their trainers in ECD. All these things and positive steps leads our society and area towards conducive environment where we all need to put our share.

Just now i was compiling an educational data of GB that astounded me that in District Diamer the male students are 19523 while female are only 3394. This great differences and imbalances spoils the societies. this is really challenging for all of us and our leadership but particularly leadership of District Diamer like haji Gulber khan, Bashir ahmed and Janbaz khan etc.

Our greatest reformer of the universe and Rehmatul-lil- alemeen had made it mandatory for male and female to acquisitions of knowledge.

It is hoped that such type of welfare organizations and lighten people would lead towards tranquillity, peace ,integration ,prosperity and corruption free society.
