ASWJ protests against targeted killings

Gilgit: The Gilgit chapter of Ahle-Sunnat Wal Jamaat (ASWJ) on Friday staged a protest rally in Gilgit against the target killing of its leaders and workers.
The rally started from Jama Masjid Gilgit and peacefully concluded at Gadi Bagh. A large number of ASWJ supporters participated in the rally. Addressing the gathering, Maqbool Ahmed Mir, Ameer ASWJ Gilgit city and other leaders demanded of the government to immediately arrest the criminals involved in the killings of its workers in Karachi, Bhakar, Islamabad and Gilgit. They threatened of more protests if their demands were not met.
