  3. Congratulation amina and irfan wali and the winners at naltar and great to see the youngs skiers participants at naltar gilgit.

  4. This is assumption, until a few years back ski was being considered the exclusive monopoly of the privileged few. However due to continuous efforts of the Ski Federation of Pakistan, PAF and other Ski Associations in Pakistan, this sport is now open to the general public.

PAF has over the years, been extending its facilities at Naltar to the civilian population and it is due to this goodwill gesture that the ski population in this country has multiplied considerably over last few year see young boys & girls around.

This year eight boys from Naltar are participating in skiing competition in Austria, yes they got sponsorship from PAF, Army & Navy. From eight boys five are brothers from one family and last two years a girl of Naltar village of class eight and student of Army Public & School has won two gold medals this year. We can do this sport in our villages and become the ski championship
