AHAC leaders among 29 submiting nomination papers in Hunza

Hunza, October 03: Twenty nine candidates filed their nomination papers in the office of returning officer, here in Aliabad, Hunza. The threat of Action Committee to stop candidates from filing their nomination papers failed as Zafar Iqbal successfully submitted his paper through an attorney. The Action Committee, having failed to stop this, allowed other candidates to file papers as well.

Over two hundred people had gathered on call of the committee for the announced sit-in.

Leaders of AHAC, including Noor Muhammad, Mir Baz Khan, Ijlal Hussain and Karim Sher Khan, were among those submitting nomination papers.

  1. well, it looks people of hunza are facing the same situation had been created in the last elections through out pakistan, what the alarming situation in the region is its peace and harmony among people for which its best known in the world but for now this election could bring some thing the same scenario as it looks it is fed by some elements.
