Body of 19 year old labourer found hanging from tree, another man shot

The increase in violence stands testimony to the fact that the government and administration have failed to protect the lives of common people. A hundred percent rise in salaries of the police officials has, apparently, not led to improvement of their performance, at least in Gilgit city. Photo: Mon Digital
