Jutialianz bag GB level top three positions in Federal Board matriculation exams

Gilgit, June 29: The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) has announced results of 10th grade annual examinations. Students of Public School and College, Jutial, have bagged all top three positions in Gilgit – Baltistan.

According to details, Umar Zaman Khan topped in GB, securing 997 marks out of the total 1050. Samia Wali (994) stood second while Syeda Saba Zahra (992) stood third at the regional level.

It is pertinent to note that these have topped among students appearing from schools based in Gilgit – Baltistan.

Overall, the Public School has obtained 98% passing percentage with 4.78 CGPA. 243 students of the Public School took the exams of whom 80 got A+ (above 80%) grades, 67 were placed in A grade (70-79%), while 62 were placed in B grade (60-69%).

The Principal Colonel Javaid Aslam said that the historical result of the institution despite of unfavorable law and order situation in the city during the academic year was a testimony of the staff and students’ hard work. He also lauded the role or parents and the support provided by FCNA.

No doubt the credit goes to parents ,students and faculty of Public Schools and Coleges Jutial Gilgit but such a historical result would not be possible without visionary leadership and excellent educational planning by Col Javiad Aslam who made Public Schools and Colleges The Oxford of Gilgit Baltistan.He might have served this institution a few years more and took the PSC to the ultimate excellence.
