14 MW Naltar project to be completed in five years: Wazir Shakeel

Gilgit, October 13: Minister for Power Gilgit-Baltistan, Wazir Shakeel Ahmed, has said that the 14 Megawatt hydal power project at Naltar will be completed during the next five years. He was talking to the media here in Gilgit.

He also said that the project has been contracted out to a Chinese company, without giving the name.

The minister said that work on the Shigar-Thang project has also commenced. He said that the power shortage issue in Gilgit-Baltistan will be rooted out after the completion of these projects.
