Eid Melad un Nabi celebrated across Gilgit-Baltistan with religious zeal and fervor

Gilgit, January 25: The birthday of Holy Prophet Hazrat Mohammad (Peace Be Upon Him) was celebrated with traditional zeal and fervor across Gilgit-Baltistan.

Religious gatherings were held in villages, towns and cities across the region in which scholars shed light on the life and teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) who changed the course of human history through his actions and teachings.

Students and youth presented rich tributes to the prophet through speeches and by reciting Naat Sharif.

Prayers were offered at Masajid and Jamatkhanas for peace in the world and prosperity and unity of the Islamic Ummah.
