Ghizar Press Club and Union of Journalists appoint new cabinets

Gahkuch, December 1: Ghizar Press Club appointed its new cabinet for the new term today at a meeting held in Gahkuch, the district headquarters. Javed Iqbal, district Correspondent of Geo TV and Jang was selected as President, while Maraj Ali Abbasi, correspondent of Daily K2 and Daily Mahasib, was selected as the President of Union of Journalist, Ghizar.

Hidayat Shah and Akber Hussain Akber, two senior journalists, were selected as Gen Secretaries of GPC and UOJ Ghizar.

Members of the outgoing and former cabinets of the journalist bodies have congratulated the new office bearers for taking the responsibilities.
