Wazir Baig visits Chipurson Valley, govt takes charge of AKES school

Gojal, July 7: D.J Middle School Rashit is handed over to Government GB and the government upgraded it as a High School, at the handover and upgradation ceremony held today in Chipursan Valley. An MoU has been singed between AKES and GB government for the formal transfer of all the resources to the government.

The event was attended by Wazir Baig, Speaker Gilgit Baltistan Legislative Assembly, MLA Mutabiat Shah. Also present at the occasion were Muhammad Faqir DIS, Khisrow Khan Academic Coordinator AKES for Hunza-Nagar, Jabbar Khan and Rehmat Karim, among local senior workers PPP Chipurson.

The speaker addressed the public meeting with the commitments of providing full-fledged staff of the new school as per the code of conduct of government, currently seven posts are given to the school and the rest will be fulfilled as soon. Mr. Wazir Baig donated 50 thousand, while Mutabiat Shah donated 25 thousand for ECD classes. He promised to provide assistance for expansion of Rashit Polo Ground, construction of Rashit Cricket Ground, bridge for Rashit (Tra-Pur) and a Hospital for Chipurson. The pubic of Chipurson demanded immediate steps for materializing the proposed truck-able road for Chipurson.

Before attending Rashit School inauguration ceremony, they inaugurated Kirmin Government School, government middle school Kirmin is ranked as high school, they also had an important meeting with the local leader of Sher-e-Subz various issues were addressed. 

The guests also visited Sheresubz and Kirmin.
