1.2 million saplings will be planted across Gilgit-Baltistan, Minister Forest

GILGIT: Minister Forest, wildlife and Environment Gilgit-Baltistan Muhammad Imran says efforts are underway to make success the ongoing spring tree plantation campaign.

Talking to media men in Gilgit on Wednesday, he said 1.2 million saplings will be planted across Gilgit-Baltistan during the drive.

Minister said Forest Department has earned 1.5 billion rupees and the amount will be utilized for conservation of Forest, Wildlife.
