Patient and his therapist found dead in Chitral

Chitral, August 27: Sardar Ayub, a patient of anxiety, and his psychological therapist Farhana  Mahmood was found dead at Aga Khan Health Service (AKHS) hospital, Chitral. According to police sources, Sardar Ayub was dropped out of his medical education due to financial constraints.

On Monday morning, the patient entered the office of doctor Farhana and just after some moment both were found dead. Chitral police has lodged FIR and started further investigations.  The dead bodies were shifted to District Headquarter Hospital, Chitral for autopsy.

Farhana Mahmood was the district president of PML-N women wing Chitral. She was niece of Saeed Ahmad former MPA and president of PML (N) and Ahmad Esa, former public prosecutor.
